Manchester United will be without Jonny Evans [hamstring], Darren Fletcher [bowel], and Ashley Young [knee] when they face Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.
Nemanja Vidic is a doubt after suffering concussion but could play some part.
United will, however, welcome back Nani.
Speaking to the media ahead of the clash at White Hart Lane, Sir Alex Ferguson said
“He’s [Evans] not 100 percent. Other than that, we’re not too bad. We got a lot of players a game on Wednesday [in the FA Cup third round replay victory over West Ham] and I thought they did well. It was a good performance.”
About Fletcher, Ferguson added
“He had to change his game and he hasn’t been the Darren Fletcher of three or four years ago in the games this season. Instead, he was sitting in front of the back four and he did well. That could be his role in the future.
“When he comes back, and I hope he does, it will be in a different role.”
Fletcher was ruled out for the rest of the season after the midfielder underwent surgery in order to treat the bowel condition which he has been suffering with for some time. More on that here.
