Eden Hazard has been declared fit to start for Chelsea this weekend as they travel to Goodison Park to face Everton. Pulling out of training ahead of Belgium’s game against Scotland, the 22 year old was reporting having problems with his Achilles and it seems to be an issue which has been ongoing for a while.
Lee Cattermole has returned to training for Sunderland and has been undergoing extra sessions in order to increase his fitness since he twisted his knee playing for the under-21 side.
Speaking to the press today, Sunderland manager Paulo Di Canio said
“Lee Cattermole is fine in terms of fitness.
“He’s having an extra training session because he needs to be fit.
“But he’s now back with us and he’s back in the squad.
“He trains well and he gives us his best.
“It might be a few days or weeks yet but he’s is getting there.”
Di Canio also revealed that Wes Brown was back in full training but only returned this week and therefore is unlikely to involved in their Premier League game against Arsenal on Saturday.by
