Liverpool demolished Spurs at Anfield on Sunday to go two points clear at the top of the league.

In a weekend which saw banners make the headlines for all the wrong reasons, Liverpool fans got behind their team at Anfield as they look to end their long wait for a league title.

About the Liverpool support, Brendan Rodgers said

“That’s as good as I’ve heard Anfield since I’ve been here. The two forces together made us a real tough opponent.

“The support was incredible and that’s only going to intensify as the season goes on.”
