No talks as Terry’s Chelsea time looks set to end

Reports are emerging today that John Terry looks set to leave Chelsea at the end of the season after it was revealed that the two parties have not held talks over a new deal for almost a month.

The Chelsea captain, who is out of contract at the end of the season, wishes to remain at the club but, like Ashley Cole, has yet to be offered a new deal.

It is believed that should Terry leave Chelsea, which seems likely, he will not turn out for another English club instead, opting to move abroad with the likes of Galatasaray holding a long-term interest in the 33 year-old defender.

Frank Lampard is also out of contract with the Blues this summer but it is thought that an agreement may be reached which would see him remain at Stamford Bridge for at least another season.
